I'm Off

So this is it...I am off!! YAY!!

I fly out of Canberra in about 30 minutes...change planes in Sydney for LA and then LA to Dallas. I'll get in to Guatemala City at about 8.30pm tonight (after 30 something hours of travel...joy oh joy).

My only concern today is if I am going to be able to make it from Guatemala City airport to Antigua without incident. My Spanish is terrible, it is going to be late(ish) at night and I have a 45 minute trip to endure in a foreign taxi!! Fingers crossed that I'll get to the hotel...and then manage to get a few good hours of sleep before joining the Tour!! YIKES!!
